Pavillion Securities application fee is a non-refundable application fee. The application fee covers the cost of the initial processing of the mortgage application. The application fee includes one free valuation by a valuer nominated by Pavillion. Further fees may be payable if a valuation or offer expires before completion.

A partial refund may be made in circumstances where a valuation has not been instructed at the discretion of Pavillion Securities.
