For all new applications submitted after close of business 6 November 2008, 4508 terms will apply.
All applications offered on the 4308 range or previous by close of business 6 November 2008 will be honoured on present terms. If any of these applications need to be subsequently re-offered for any reason, the case will be subject to criteria, rates and fee prevailing at the time.
All pipeline applications submitted but not yet offered can only be progressed on the 4508 range and will be subject to criteria, rates and fees prevailing at the time.

Fully packaged cases for the 4108 range have to be with First National by close of business on Friday 24th October 2008.
Pre-Offer
All cases that have been submitted on the 4108 range will need to be offered by Friday 31st October 2008. If cases on the 4108 range are not offered by this date they will be subject to criteria, rates and fees prevailing at the time, and will need to be reassessed via IDOL if you want them to proceed.
Post-Offer
All cases submitted on the 4108 range or previous will be honoured on present terms, however, if the offer period expires and customers still wish to proceed with the loan, the reoffer will be subject to criteria, rates and fees prevailing at the time. |

All cases above 80% LTV will need to with First National by close of business on Friday 10th October and offered by Friday 24th October, which includes all existing cases already submitted over 80% LTV. |

Pipeline cases must have been offered by 5pm Thursday 18th September and complete by Friday 3rd October 2008. |

Withdrawn Thursday 17th July 2008
- DIPs must be produced by close of business Thursday 17 July.
- Fully packaged applications have to be with IGroup by close of business Thursday 31 July.
- Offer deadline is Friday 22 August 2008.
- Completion deadline is within 3 month period of offer and by no later than 22 November 2008.
