Online Credit Card Application Fee Payment

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with this facility and are doing all we can to have this up and running again as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For security purposes we no longer ask for debit or credit card details on our application form. Instead we provide an internet payment facility which encrypts the data and transmits it through a secure server.

You will be emailed a receipt. If you make payment before sending in the case, please attach a copy of your receipt to the application form.

To process the payment you will need to have the following information to hand:

• Your name and contact telephone number
• Applicant's name
• Our case reference number (if you do not have this number yet, the first line of the property address)
• Card number
• Expiry date
• Issue number (for Switch cards)
• Security code (last 3 digits on back of card)
• Amount

Please note that we are unable to accept payments without the card security number.

Note: Part of the application fee paid at the outset covers the cost of initial assessment of the application. If the application does not proceed to completion for any reason, any application fee refunded will be net of these costs.
